Max Card reserves the right to withdraw venues as requested by the venue management at any time
Venues reserve the right to decline your card if it has not been signed

Max Card’s can not be purchased directly and must be applied for through your local distributor or Council. You can find your local distributor here.
Max Card’s can not be extended beyond the date displayed on the back of the card. Once the card is out of date, a new card must be applied for through the original provider.
Any cards reported lost/stolen will be cancelled with immediate effect
