Located on the western side of the historic industrial area of Telford in Shropshire, close to the Ironbridge Gorge, Telford Steam Railway is a preserved railway operated by a small and friendly team of volunteers on Sundays and Bank Holidays from Easter to the end of September and at Christmas.
Telford Steam Railway is a working railway and visitors safely is a priority, as such staff have to reserve the right to refuse entry if they are in any way concerned over visitors safety.
