ROMNEY, HYTHE & DYMCHURCH RAILWAY – MAINLINE IN MINIATURE
The Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway is proud to operate the most complete collection of one third full size Steam Locomotives in the world.
13½ miles of track stretch across the picturesque Romney Marsh from the Cinque Port town of Hythe to Dungeness; one of the largest expanses of shingle in the world & designated as a National Nature Reserve.
With regular services from the end of March to the end of October, car parking, retail outlets at most stations and facilities for our visitors with mobility problems, the RH&DR is an any weather, all generations great day out.
Please note, as of February 2025, ANPR car parking is in place. Pay on exit or online (at www.parkwithease.co.uk). See signs at our stations for details. Card only. Up to 2.5 hours – £2.50, up to 12 hours – £6.00 & up to 24 hours – £12.00.
Blue Badge holders are eligible for free parking. Please bring your badge & registration to our ticket office to be exempted by our staff.
