Access Information
Wheelchair users must pre-book to prevent unexpected waiting, wheelchair access throughout most of attraction, accessible toilets, large print and braille guides available, guide dogs are welcome.

Present your Max Card on arrival.
Pre-booking is essential. You can do this online, or by calling 01904 615505.
We ask that you arrive on time for your visit. The time you have booked is the time we will start admitting visitors for that slot. Due to our controls on visitor capacity, we are not able to admit visitors who are late, but we may be able to move your visit to another time if there are spaces available.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your booked time slot.
There will be signs to show you where to queue when you arrive.
Your ticket will be scanned when you’re in the queue so please have it ready.
