The museum, based in the centre of the market place in Richmond, North Yorkshire, presents a history of world events told through the stories of the soldiers who lived through times of global conflict, social and political change. With a huge collection of personal objects and military items, there’s an inspiring mix of bravery, endurance and teamwork. Uniforms to try on, activity benches at child height, and a quiz to do as you go round.
