The MAD (Mechanical Art & Design) Museum is a celebration of all things mechanically weird and wonderful. Rolling ball machines, water clocks, interactive light walls, 3D faces, giant rocking birds and much more. Visitors are invited to examine and interact with some of the world’s finest pieces of motorised art in particular, Kinetic Art and Automata. As the only museum of its kind in the UK, The MAD Museum offers a fantastic indoor playground for adults and a perfect hideout for inquisitive kids.
