Welcome to the Natural World Centre in Whisby Nature Park, a local Nature Reserve owned and managed by Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust. Please take a look around and discover our great cafe, Little Darters Wildlife and Adventure Play Park, exciting exhibitions, workshops and our unique gift shop. Why not take a walk around the Nature Park as well! It’s only natural you’ll want to stay!
Admissions to The Natural World Centre and Our Changing World Exhibition is FREE, some additional activities, events or exhibitions may be subject to a small charge.
The Gift Shop:
A beautiful range of local gifts and items including hand crafted wooden pieces from Old Tin Drum and first-class cards designed by John Palmer. A stunning range of glassware consisting of upcycled bottles made in to platters & oil drizzlers. Also stunning friendship orbs and nightlights, a perfect for yourself or a special friend. A fun range of affordable pocket money toys with buckets and spades to enjoy in Little Darters.
The Boardwalk Café:
With a range of Select Lincolnshire delights, everyone will find a snack or meal to enjoy in Boardwalk cafe. From tempting cakes and cream buns to delicious platters, all tastes are catered for.
Little Darters Adventure Play Area:
Little Darters is packed full of exciting tunnels, bridges and sand pits kids are guaranteed a whale of a time! Youngsters are able to watch wildlife in action through a mole’s eye view, go underground in the earth tunnel and climb up the nature exploration towers!
Stretching from the main land near the Natural World Centre, over the water and onto the island, the wildlife adventure area gives visitors a great view of Whisby Nature Park like never seen before.
