Owned by Victoria Cross Trust, Ashworth Barracks plays host to a military museum that is run by veterans. Former serving forces members share their insightful knowledge and stories of their own military experience with visitors. The museum boasts a collection of military items and a World War I exhibition. There’s also an exciting shooting range and lots of hands on activities for kids and adults to get involved with!
The on-site cafe, run by volunteers, offers an array of hot and cold food that can be complemented with a range of beverages.
